Can you accommodate last minute requests?
We will always try, We know things come up from emergencies to the last minute chance to get out of town for the weekend. Just let us know as soon as you can and we will do everything to suit your needs.

Where are you located, Whats your service area?
We are based in South Philly, Servicing all of South Philly, Center City, NoLibs, Fishtown, and West Philly.

What are your service hours?
Our Dog walkers start around 8 am with our last night time walk around 8 pm. requests beyond this can usually be taken care of but we need advanced notice and an additional fee is possible.

My dog/cat has special needs or needs medication is this okay?
Of Course, We know and love dogs, and cats of every personality type, and we want to make them happy! We can dispense medicine, enforce training, deal with leash aggression, clean up hairballs, and so forth!

I have a variable work schedule and my hours can change quickly, do you have a strict cancellation policy?
Not at all! We understand a variable schedule and we want to help. We will do our best to work around your schedule and will be available to discuss schedule changes as needed.

Can you water my plants, take in the mails, feed my gerbil, etc?
In short; Yes! While we are in your home we are happy to help you out- Please don't hesitate to ask!
